Propel Financial Services’ positive culture continues to earn recognition near our headquarters in San Antonio.
This month, the San Antonio Express-News recently announced its winners for the annual Top Places to Work award, and Propel was once again recognized as one of the community’s best employers.
This award marks the sixth time since 2011 that we have been recognized as a top employer in the Alamo City. The winners of this year’s competition were announced at an awards luncheon held at the JW Marriott in San Antonio on October 11.
“Our employees mean the world to this company,” said Jack Nelson, President of Propel. “I am so proud that our employees believe we are a great place to work. Without their support, we couldn’t do what we do to help our customers.”
This is the tenth year the San Antonio Express-News has teamed up with Energage, an independent research firm, to recognize the best places to work in San Antonio. Winning employers are chosen through employee surveys on a variety of workplace topics. Survey results are verified by an independent organization.
Along with repeated recognition from the San Antonio Express-News, we’re proud to have also been selected in the past by the San Antonio Business Journal in its annual Best Places to Work competition.
At Propel, we understand that to be effective in helping our customers, our employees need to feel supported and invested in our mission. The Top Places to Work plaque is a nice addition to our offices, but what we truly care about is that our employees know they are valued and believe in what we’re doing to help our customers.
